Four-Day Vedic Meditation Course

The course consists of four 90-minute sessions held in-person over four consecutive days, and you'll begin meditating the very first day.

Far beyond a mere meditation experience, each session includes 60 minutes of detailed Vedic knowledge about proper meditation technique, neuroscience of stress management, and anatomy of consciousness, as taught by Maharishi Mahesh Yogi and Dr. Thom Knoles, PhD. Each session is followed by a 20-minute meditation and Q&A.

You’ll come away completely self-sufficient in a technique to release stress and feel happier and healthier while creating and performing at your best, and with a nuanced understanding of your mind and body.

Many teachers offer expensive fish dinners you can attend weekly, but a course in Vedic Meditation is the equivalent of learning to fish as opposed to attending a fish dinner.
